With 200 members, the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) in Ibadan established the Good Ladies Chorus in 1975. In 1977, the choir's first record, "Hallelujah," was published by Ibukun Orisun Iye Records.
Numerous C.A.C Good Women Choir tracks has gained a lot of streaming and download activity on Boomplay, making them incredibly popular and current online.
With the publication of "Odun Nlo Sopin" in 1979, the musical ensemble achieved success because the song has stood the test of time, transcending decades and musical styles.
The group, led by Mrs. Deborah Fasoyin, dropped to 35 members following the establishment of states, and it currently only has 12 members due to deaths and other circumstances.
Even after 38 years, their song "Odun Nlo Sopin" and many others continue to be played on radio stations and the internet. The CAC Good Women Choir has released 25 albums and is still active today. The group is committed to free gospel distribution.
